Refund Policy

At DeJesus Trading Company, we aim to deliver exceptional value through our services, including financial education, workshops, and subscription-based tools. However, due to the nature of our offerings, certain conditions apply for refunds. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase, as all transactions are subject to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Live Workshops and Courses

    • Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the start of the workshop or course. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted.

    • No refunds are granted for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or for non-attendance.

  • Pre-Recorded Courses and Digital Products

    • Refunds are not available for digital products due to their instant delivery.

    • Duplicate purchases may qualify for a refund with proof of transaction.

  • Subscription Services

    • Subscription payments are non-refundable after processing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current cycle.

  • Customized Services

    • Refunds are not available for customized services such as website customizations or tailored financial plans. Dissatisfaction must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review and resolution.

Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests should be emailed to support@dejesustrading.com with the following information:

    • Full name and contact details.

    • Product or service purchased.

    • Reason for the refund request.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations and Policy Updates

  • Refunds are not available for:

    • Purchases made with promotional discounts.

    • Missed live workshops or consultations.

    • Termination of services due to a breach of Terms & Conditions.

  • Policy Updates: DeJesus Trading Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
